Rental Process
1. Arrival at the Dock
When you arrive in Bimini via your cruise ship or ferry,
simply make your way to the complimentary tram shuttle designated for cruise
passengers. This tram will transport you directly to the Hilton Hotel.
2. Pick Up Your Golf Cart
Your golf cart will be waiting for you in the Hilton Hotel
parking lot. It will be parked in a convenient spot and secured with our
lockbox system. Once your reservation is confirmed and full payment is made, we
will provide you with the lockbox code and clear instructions to access your
cart.
3. Enjoy Your Ride
Bimini is best explored on wheels! Whether you're visiting
hidden beaches, local restaurants, or historical landmarks, your golf cart is
the perfect way to travel around the island.
4. Returning the Golf Cart
At the end of your rental, please return the golf cart to the same parking spot in the Hilton Hotel lot. Ensure the golf cart is locked securely in the same condition you received it. Simply place the key back in the lockbox, and you're all set!
Payment & Reservation Instructions
Payment Method
We accept payments via cash, Zelle or Credit Cards. To reserve your golf cart, a 25% non-refundable deposit is
required. This deposit guarantees your reservation and secures the golf cart
for your selected dates.
How to Reserve
Step 1. Contact Alain via What'sApp or Phone at (305)298-3387 to check availability for your desired dates.
Step 2. Once confirmed, make the 25% deposit to secure your booking.
Step 3. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup. After full payment is received, we will provide you with the lockbox code for your reserved car.

Cruise Ship Docking and Cancellation Policy
Due to our location, we are sometimes affected by strong
winds that prevent cruise ships from docking. Unfortunately, this is beyond our
control and can result in lost opportunities for both our clients and our
business.
Fairness in Booking and Cancellation
In the past, we've experienced situations where clients have
requested us to hold golf carts without a commitment, potentially causing us to
lose other rental opportunities. To address this issue and find a mutually
beneficial solution, we've implemented a 25% non-refundable deposit policy
for booking reservations.
How it Works
By paying a 25% deposit, you secure your golf cart
reservation. If, for any reason, you're unable to complete the rental
agreement, the deposit will be forfeited. This way, both parties share the
risk. You'll lose the 25% deposit, and we'll miss the opportunity to earn the
remaining 75% from that rental.

When creating this policy, we considered both our clients'
and our own interests. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure that
our agreements are reasonable and transparent. Your understanding and
cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Standing Behind Our Commitment
As a token of our commitment to fairness and our desire to
build long-term relationships with our clients, we’re pleased to offer a unique
guarantee. If you're unable to complete your rental and forfeit your deposit,
we'll keep it valid for 3 months from the original booking date. This
allows you to rebook with us and apply the deposit to your new reservation,
should your plans change. We believe this gesture demonstrates our genuine
interest in your business and our willingness to work with you to find a
mutually beneficial solution.
Helpful Tips
- Monitor Fuel Levels: Please keep an eye on the gas level during your rental. If you need assistance or run out of gas, contact us.
- Plan Ahead: If you're arriving early in the morning, let us know in advance so we can arrange for the golf cart to be available upon your arrival.
