This Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BiminiRent.com (“Host/Manager”) and the Primary Guest listed above (“Guest”) for the property listed above (“Property”). Guest agrees to the terms below, including all house rules.

• Occupancy: Only the guests listed in this agreement may stay overnight at the Property.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out times may be specified by Host in the booking details.
• Payment: Total rent and any required deposits/fees are due per the booking confirmation.
• Security Deposit: Guest is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Deposit terms apply.
• No Parties: Parties/events are not allowed unless explicitly authorized in writing by Host.
• Noise & Neighbors: Quiet hours apply. Respect neighbors and local regulations.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the Property. If permitted outdoors, dispose of properly.
• Pets: Pets are only allowed if explicitly approved in writing by Host.
• Liability: Guest assumes responsibility for personal items and agrees to use the Property safely.
• Compliance: Guest must comply with all local laws, HOA/building rules, and posted instructions.
