House Rules (Quick Summary)
Please take out the trash and dispose of it in the designated area during your stay and before checkout. This helps keep the unit fresh and odor-free.
After use, kindly place used towels on the shower floor so we can quickly identify which towels need replacing.
For security and privacy, please lock sliding doors and close curtains when leaving the unit and when sleeping.
Please do not leave dirty dishes behind. Leaving the kitchen reasonably clean helps ensure a great experience for everyone.
To prevent bugs and odors, please dispose of perishable food/drinks before checkout and avoid leaving food out overnight.
When leaving the unit, ensure the door is securely closed and properly locked by holding the # button until you hear a confirmation sound.
Short-Term Rental Agreement
Occupancy & Registered Guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum allowed occupancy.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed. Excessive noise or complaints may result in immediate termination without refund.
Care of the Property
Guest agrees to take reasonable care of the unit, furnishings, and appliances, and to report any issues promptly.
Damage / Missing Items
Guest is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and for missing items caused by Guest or Guest’s party.
Prohibited Activities
No illegal activity. No smoking/vaping indoors unless explicitly approved in writing. Do not tamper with safety devices or locks.
Safety & Liability
Guests assume responsibility for their safety and belongings. Host is not liable for accidents or loss of personal property.
